Dr. Dhaliwal is a native of the Pacific Northwest area. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science from Western Washington University in Bellingham, majoring in Biological Anthropology with a minor in Chemistry. He completed his graduate studies at Midwestern University: Chicago College of Optometry where he gained his Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Dhaliwal completed his extensive clinical training during rotations at Midwestern Eye Institute Clinic, as well as primary care in the Chicago area, and ocular disease in Jacksonville, Florida and at the Veterans Affairs in Oklahoma.

Dr. Dhaliwal focuses on comprehensive medical optometry including managing ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and cataracts. In addition to that, he is proficient in fitting specialty contact lenses i.e. gas permeable and scleral lenses. He is also board-certified to use diagnostic and therapeutic agents to manage and treat ocular diseases. Dr. Dhaliwal looks forward to improving his patients vision and overall health, right here in his hometown.
